Return policy

For purchases from our stores or seamanschepps.com, Seaman Schepps will arrange an exchange or issue a store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@seamanschepps.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may also return the pieces to any of our Seaman Schepps stores in the United States for exchange or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of method purchased.  Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, or which have been altered in any fashion (resizing, embossing, engraving, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The fastest way to exchange your order is to contact orders@seamanschepps.com so we can better assist you. 

 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified that your store credit has been issued to your account.
